It comprises the construction of 8 apartment towers with a total construction area of 62,800 m², consisting of 600 apartments in 12-story towers and a parking tower with 11,700 m² of commercial space. The complex occupies an entire city block, adjacent to the Capitol Building in San Juan and facing the Malecón (seawall).

 

• Engineering, design, procurement, fabrication and erection of the steel superstructure covering 68,094 m². Procurement, fabrication and installation of Satec Composite Deck covering 63,327 m².

• Design and application of the Blaze Shield II passive fire protection system throughout the entire structure and deck.

• Design, procurement and installation of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) façade panels (Hebel Panels) covering 33,600 m².
