The project comprises the construction of eight apartment towers with a total area of 62,800 m², including 600 residential units distributed in 12-story towers, as well as a parking tower with 11,700 m² of commercial area. The development occupies an entire city block, adjacent to the Capitol Building in San Juan and facing the Malecón (seawall).

 

– Engineering, design, fabrication, and erection of steel superstructure over an area of 68,094 m².

– Supply, fabrication, and installation of SATEC Composite Deck over an area of 63,327 m².

– Design and application of Blaze Shield II passive fire protection system throughout the structure and deck.

– Design, supply, and installation of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) façade panels (Hebel Panels) over 33,600 m².
