The project is located on a site of over 2,000 m², across from the Judicial Police (PJ) in the Urbirríos neighborhood. The building has a total construction area of 1,500 m² and consists of a two-story structure. It includes 12 service cubicles on the ground floor and accommodates a bank branch with three teller windows and two ATMs.
