ABOUT THE PROJECT

The development will feature 450 residential units distributed across six towers ranging from eight to nine stories, 39 commercial spaces, and 22,000 m² of parking and storage across two underground levels. The project occupies an entire city block of 11,000 m² and, upon completion, will encompass a total construction area of 110,000 m².

– Engineering, design, fabrication, and erection of steel superstructure over an area of 58,367 m².
– Supply, fabrication, and installation of SATEC Composite Deck over an area of 61,933.11 m².
